My parents went through our family doctor to adopt me‚ His name was Dr. Jesse D Cone and he was a doctor for many years in Odessa until his death‚ I believe in 2010. The Cones and James and Marie McMath‚ who adopted me were friends before and long after I was born. We went to the same Church of Christ in Odessa. My dad was principal of Odessa High School when I was born.
