Searching for my grandmother’s half brother. The mother’s maiden name is Emma B Hill. He was born around 1919 or 1920 give or take and was adopted through the Salvation Army. The area he was born in was somewhere in or near Rockwall‚ Kaufman or Dallas Counties. We’ve always thought of him and wished him well. We know he is most likely deceased‚ but we would very much enjoy meeting any family members that he may have left behind and hopefully we’ll hear that he had an adoption and was a happy one.
