Good morning‚ I’m Victoria Carreon‚ searching in behalf of my dad Noe Placido Carreon which is his adopted name. His sister Noemi Eudelia Carreon was also adopted with him. We don’t know any information about the adoption‚ my grandparents‚ Eudelia Guerrero-Carreon and Placido Jose Carreon are deceased which they never disclosed any information to the family.
