I am looking for my Nephew his name is Howard. He was born in Houston‚ Texas in 1978. His parents were Gloria Ann Zavala Luna and father was Heriberto Humberto Luna (Eddie) in an open adoption. She has passed away due to lung and brain cancer. I notified the adoption agency Children of st. Marks. I think they went out of business. No info on birthdate. Did not find out till after she passed.
