Yesterday Oct 4th was Jason’s birthday (I named him Jason Thomas at Birth) but he probably went into the court system as Baby Ruckel or Baby Pena. I lived in Grapevine Texas and he was born at Northeast Community Hospital in Bedford Tx at 9:56 AM, he was delivered by Dr Puryear. I relinquished my rights on 10/5/1989 and then went to court on 10/13/1989 to revoke it and lost but he was taken from who I originally adopted him to and placed either in foster care or adopted out immediately. This happened in the District Court of Tarrant County Texas . I never forget his birthday he turned 32 yesterday.
