My grandmother had 3 children‚ my father and two older brothers. She married Raymond Turner. The 1930 census shows the three boys as stepsons. The 1940 census shows them as sons. I have not been able to find a marriage certificate for them or any type of birth certificate for my father. If you can assist me with this please let me know and also the cost.
