I was born on 01/19/1988 in Memphis‚ TN. My adopted parents accidentally received my original birth certificate when they adopted me‚ so I know that my birth name was Samantha Lynn Baggett and my birth mother’s name is Crystal/Krystal Baggett (not sure how her first name is spelled). She was supposed to give me up at birth but kept me for 2 weeks before deciding to give me up for adoption. She left a pink‚ yellow‚ & green baby blanket with me.
