Father impregnated his young girlfriend at the age of 17, she was 16. They were both from Kingsport Tennessee. My dads name is Isaac Joe Kinsler and the mothers name is Jundith Ann Hubbard. Judith was sent away to a maternity home somewhere in Tennessee (We think Nashvville) to have the baby girl and placed her up for adoption. She (baby girl) was born on September 10,1959. I have checked birth records, adoptions records, hired Omni Trace (spent $2,000.00) and still have no information. My fathers name was probably not placed on the birth certificate.
