My brother was placed with a sister in foster parents my dad signed his rights over in 1999 so the foster parents could adopt both of them they was taken from the mom two or so years before unsure of father till my dad an others did a court order dna test it was then he found out everything went through Nashville Tennessee court an then they both was adopted by the foster parents they had a really ruff start in life but ended up with good foster parents that love them so much they wanted to make them their own don’t know much at all but maybe somebody will remember the his father last name was enmon
