Mother Rosa Garland Richardson died 10 days after he was born. His sister‚ my mother‚ was born in 1931 in Sullivan County TN and adopted in 1937 thru Tennessee Children’s Home. Georgia Tann supposedly took the baby‚ Frank‚ to Memphis. She supposedly sold him to someone but we know nothing further. All of his siblings are now passed but some of us nieces and nephews are still alive.
