I’m looking for my birth parents. I have very little information , since my adopted mother chose not to share any information. I know that I was born on August 5, 1975 in Nashville Tn. I had been told at one time that the birth mother was age 14 and from McMinnville Tn . I was adopted at age 3 month from foster care. I am particularly interested in health history , I am interested in as much contact as birth family is willing to have . would really be interested in meeting any siblings that I might have .
