The adopted baby boy was from somewhere in Tennessee. Bio mom was pregnant and the bio dad was in jail or prison somewhere around Memphis I do believe. Adoptive parents were Mel and Elizabeth "Ruth" Cooper. Mel Cooper was of Scottish descent and had served in the US Army. That is all I know.
