Hello- I was born October 9‚ 1967 in Knoxville‚ TN. Not sure of the hospital as it lists “rural” on my birth certificate. I was adopted at around 4months old so also unsure if I was surrendered at birth or sometime there after. I am mainly hoping to obtain medical history but also open to more. I have had a great life with tons of love and opportunities so I’m not searching for a “missing piece” and I have never felt “unwanted” or anything negative. I would actually like to let someone know I’m really grateful I was given up because it gave me an amazing life in return! Julieanne
