My adoptive father was a Dr. in Memphis. I was told that a colleague (obgyn) helped with arranging my adoption. I don't know if my adoptive parents ever actually met her- I don't think so. But I was told my birth mother was 16/17 when she had me‚ that she was unmarried‚ & had red hair. I have a vague memory of being told she lived in Arkansas - West Memphis maybe. That's about all I've got.
