I believe it was called Bristol Adoption Agency maybe. It was a young female worker that helped me. She had long brown hair and had a curvy build. I lived in Beech Street apartments in Bristol, VA. Adoption agency was either in TN or VA. She was adopted out with the name Olivia Nicole Shores that was given by adoption worker. She may have had a kind of dark complection and I know she had dark hair at birth. This is all that I know about her. It was either July or August of years 1993 to 1994 possibly.
