My 4 oldest kids were ripped away by DCS in Knoxville TN on April the 10th 2014 right after giving birth to my 4th baby at the time I had 2 girls aged 8 & almost 4 years old as well as 2 boys a 5 year old & a newborn that was 4 days old at this time for false accusations and even after proving them to be false in juvenile court on multiple occasions and not only 1 time but multiple times we (myself & my late husband Nathaniel Lowery the father/daddy to all of my babies) completed our permanence plan made by DCS they just kept saying that we had to redo this step or that step and the judge was in on it with DCS I had multiple family members one was even my husband that had nothing to do with the case they had opened on just me like my mother who has never even had a charge in her life not even a driving charge‚ has never done drugs‚ has always had her own home with plenty of space for my kids and the income to take care of kids (plus DCS is supposed to pay foster parents for the kids every month anyways to help out right?) My brother & his wife who had already been approved years before as foster parents because they had taken custody of my sister's kids twice already at this time tried as well but all were denied and given crazy reasons to why they were denied and all this time the husband & wife (Paul & Abby Dalton now divorced and Abby is remarried to Josh Davenport) that was fostering them were best friends with the guardian of lightum (my kids attorney) and the DCS case worker (Amber Blackwell) as well kinda weird huh well not to them nor the judge apparently but to everyone else it was weird. Myself and my now late husband (my kids father/daddy) fought every possible fight to get them back home but we lived paycheck to paycheck‚ didn't have any pull inside the system‚ had past drug problems‚ and we also had past criminal backgrounds that had us both on probation at this time even though mine was all for minor theft charges his was a little more complicated with some aggravated charges from years prior but he grew up in the worst hood/projects in Knoxville TN Walter P Taylor Homes were you had to fight to survive each day starting at very young ages were as I grew up in a small country town called Tellico Plains TN so of course he had to do things to survive that I didn't have to do. He was a wonderful husband & daddy though (he passed away of a heart attack December 23rd 2025) and our babies adored him and I was and still am the best mommy I could and can be and our kids have NEVER went without their needs and almost never had to go without their wants either but I did make mistakes with drug usage that if I could turn back time I would do it in a heartbeat to have my babies back since this all happened in 2014 we have had 2 other babies both boys and they are now 10 & 11 years old they tell me I'm the best mommy in the world my oldest 3 always told me the same before they were ripped away from us for no reason other than financial gain for all involved on that side of this case. They cut our visitation rights off October 16th of 2015 because the foster mom now adoptive mom Abby couldn't handle them crying and begging to go home with us from the visits because they wanted to be with mommy & daddy and couldn't understand why they couldn't be with us anymore so they tried to get the kids therapist that they had‚ had this entire time of a year and a half to come to court and testify that it was no longer in my kids best interest to keep visiting with us but she refused to come lie in the court room so they fired her and hired a new therapist that would agree to testify for them after 1 visit with my kids yes just 1 visit and she testified that it wasn't in their best interest to visit with us anymore and just like that completely cut us off from our babies for no reason at all but pure hate & jealousy because she wanted my kids that she thought she couldn't have of her own but she now has 1 daughter with 1st husband Paul yet she keeps my kids under strict lock down from anu contact with me or my family because she is controlling‚ a fake‚ a huge liar‚ and extremely evil this is why Paul left her because he couldn't handle her evil coniving ways with my kids. Abby & Amber actually called both of our Probation officers we had at this time & had us violated on different false accusations so we would go to jail me on February 22nd 2016 & him on May 19th 2016 just so she could then legally adopt our babies on the grounds that we had abandoned them well we didn't have a choice they made that choice for us then I found out I was pregnant on my intake physical done at the jail so they sent me to the prison even though my charge wasn't a prison charge all because that small country town couldn't take care of a pregnant woman. So Paul then leaves and divorces her and she finalized the adopted some time in June or July of 2016 at which time my kids were 10‚ 7‚ 6‚ & 2 years old all having always went by their birth names since birth of course which my oldest was named LaStacia DeAnn Martin born in Knoxville TN at UT Memorial Hospital on 11/11/2006‚ Lathaniel DeWan Martin born same location on 11/15/2009‚ LaNasia DeShay Lowery born same location on 09/20/2010‚ and LaVontay DeAndre Lowery was born at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville TN on 04/06/2014 she changed all 4 of my babies names starting with LaStacia to Skyland Grace Stooksbury (Abbys maiden last name)‚ Lathaniel to Ezekiel (Zeke) Stooksbury‚ LaNasia to Amya Stooksbury‚ & LaVontay to Levi Cardwell Stooksbury and now she is remarried to a Josh Davenport so her named changed to Abby Davenport and she has like 4 or 5 sisters no brother but all of her sisters are married & have children and all live in or around Knoxville TN still and Abby & her husband Josh both teach at Austin East Magnet High School in East Knoxville TN (to put on her fake front about who she really is) she has us blocked on all social media from her & my kids pages but we have alot of family & friends that check & send info to us on them all she has denied my mother who has almost died 3 times of COPD been on life support all 3 times a chance to see & hold my youngest of the 4 kids she has LaVontay (Levi) multiple times as well as just having a 5 minute video conversation with my kids or anything because she is scared of them finding out the truth about what she has done to us this entire time but I save everything and I have all of the evidence of her evil ways & how the DCS & court was working against me and for her when they are supposed to be there to reunite families as 1 but that was the farrest thing from the truth in our case they done everything to ensure we wouldn't be reunited so please help me to prove them wrong & reunite me with my babies my boys are dying to meet & love on their older brothers & sisters and I sure could use a huge from them right now & never let go again.
