I am looking for my grandparents. My birth father was born on October 2, 1975 in Knoxville, TN at Fort Sanders Hospital. I believe he was adopted within 5 days. He was extremely small. I have been told his birth mother was very young...maybe 16 (I’m not sure how accurate this information is).
