My name is Julie Martin. I’m interested in finding out about a child which I gave up for adoption in 2006 or 2007. I have deliberately tried to not acknowledge or even remember his specific birth date. I gave birth to him at St. Mary’s Hospital (now Tennova) in Knoxville‚ TN off of Broadway. I named him Evan Isaiah Martin‚ but don’t know if it’s been changed. I was told my the DCS worker that he’d in fact been adopted by a foster family after birth. I have his Social Security Number if that would help. I greatly appreciate any help with any information on him. I have no intention of trying to gain custody or complicate his life in any fashion if he has indeed been adopted. And I’d like to thank his adopted family in advance for any help with this.
