Hello! We are searching for my husband’s maternal first cousins. My mother in law has disclosed the most heartbreaking story about losing her two nieces. Her brother’s name was Randall Simpson. His girlfriend’s name was Rose Hobbs. Randall died of an overdose. Rose was arrested and delivered their youngest Randy Nicole while incarcerated (around 75 ish). My mother in law was very close with their other child Christine‚ but my mother in law was only a minor herself when CPS removed them and the kids went into foster care. They were adopted through foster care and I’m sure their names changed. Their original names would either be Christine and Randy Hobbs or Christine and Randy Simpson (spelling unsure?). I have a newspaper article somewhere i can obtain that my mother in law always saved! We are just searching for a miracle
