My Step dad died in 2010 which we found his birth certificate to have no mother or father name on it he was real private about his past even to my mother on his death bed he said his mom’s name was Mary Fleming and his dad’s name was John Fleming which I’m guessing to be his adoption parents we do not know how to contact them and as far as I know they don’t know about his death is there any way we can obtain this information
