Birth mother was Dorothy Joan Hopper, born in 1941, I think. She had a baby girl at around 16 or 17 years of age. She was sent away, had the baby, and no one in the family knew that she had a baby, until around the year 1995. She knocked on our door, and asked if we were the Hoppers related to her birth mother. We spent some time with her, but I have since divorced my husband, William Donald Hopper, who was Dorothy Joan Hopper’s brother. I am now 65 and my family is trying to get family records and get in touch with everyone scattered about. She was very sweet and I think she said her name was Tina.
