I am searching for my birth brother. I believe he would have been born in 1967 or 1968 in Bristol, Tn or Bristol, VA. Our birth mother’s last name is Kelly and our birth father’s name is Stanley Shipley. I believe my brother’s adopted name is Mark. I was told that he lives in Knoxville, TN and that Mark has a congenital heart defect. Mark has contacted our birth father’s natural son, but left no contact information that I know of. I believe my brother is only a year or so younger than myself.
