I was adopted at 10 months old by the most loving and wonderful parents. Prior to my adoption, I was in foster care (to my knowledge) although it may have been an orphanage. My adopted parents don’t know anything about my birth parents, other than my birth mother was tall. I’ve been in the Memphis area my entire life and never desired to know anything about my biological parents until recently.
