I was born in May 1986 to Caroline Juliet Brass in Surrey Heath ,@ Frimley Park Hospital, Frimley Park GU16 7UJ. She was 16 when I was born. I don’t know why I was put up for adoption and I was 9 months old when I was placed with my new adoptive family when I was around 9 months old, but it wasn’t finalised until April 1988. I was then moved to London to be with my adopted Dad Chris. I actually don’t really know alot about my my real mum, but I do know she went on to have more children, so I may have siblings out there too. On my certificate Caroline Juliet Brass was born in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
