My sister was born Summer Christine Penwell Philp (or Philp Penwell I cabt remember which order the surnames were) she was born 24th September 2008 I met her once on 29th October 2008. Mine and Summers dad has died and the only information I have available to me is that she was born in Guildford hospital to Ajay Penwell and Kayleigh Philp. And that when I met her it was in a contact centre either in Reigate or Redhill. I believe she lives with her older brother Alfie Philp who is also adopted and shares a mother with Summer.
