I am searching for Daphne Matthews‚ my mom’s sister. Daphne was either raised by her biological father or adopted by someone. Daphne was born out of wedlock & her biological mother is Gladys Matthews. Gladys gave Daphne up after she was born in England. I’m sure her name has been changed at some point but there has to be a record of her birth somewhere. Daphne possibly born by midwife.
