I am looking for my brother who was adopted before his 1st birthday. In the area of Staffordshire. The only information I know is he was born in July 1991 and his name was Jack. I can remember seeing photos of him that were sent to my mother for a few years after he left us. I am his oldest sister and we have two other sisters. I’m hoping the information I’ve giving will help or maybe jog someone’s memory possibly. I am not too sure if he stayed in the Staffordshire area or not.
