Hello‚ my name is Cheryl I’m looking for my birth parents as I found out recently that I’m adopted before my adopted mother passed away just before Christmas. I have quite a bit to go on that my biological mother gave birth to me when she was either 17 or 18 her maiden name was Margaret Tye she gave birth to me on the 1st July 1965 my adoption took place on 7th January 1966 when I was 6 mths old in Shrewsbury I’ve been told that she did look for me a couple of times and she might be married now to a man with the surname Howley. I don’t know anything about my father‚ apart from that he came here from Ireland to work for a while and then went back home so I don’t know if he knows that I excist.
