My Dad was born Bruce Webb in Biddulph Moor, Staffordshire 16th December 1945. His birth mother was Mona Bailey Webb (nee Battersby). She was married to William Webb but he was not my Dad’s birth father. His father was not named on the birth certificate so I am looking for any records that may identify him. I have tested my DNA and connected to African American family in Kansas. I believe my Grandfather may have been an American GI that was in Staffordshire during WW2.
