My biological mother's name was recorded phonetically as something similar to: Kiruniwathi Watigedara (the spelling may not be correct and could vary). I do not know the identity of my biological father‚ but I know it was my mom's sisters husband. My uncle kind of. I have taken a MyHeritage DNA test and have found a distant DNA match living in the United States with the surname Medagoda. I understand that names may have been spelled differently in official records‚ and I am open to any possible spelling variations.
