Hello‚ want to tell my birth mother thank you for choosing the hard decision to give me a chance at life. I’ve gone onto live a wonderful life and now have a family with 3 adopted children of our own. Through Ancestry DNA I was able to locate my biological father. He was a US GI stationed in Korea named Rodney Trimble from Pennsylvania. He left Korea about April 1978. My birth certificate says I was born 25 Nov 1978 and was adopted to US GI‚ Dannie and Chun Cha Chapman. My adoptive mother had a child out of wedlock and her child located her in 2010. From that experience and comfort knowing her child grew up OK‚ my adoptive mother requested that I seek to locate my biological mother to fill a most likely void to let her know that I grew up OK and have a family with 3 adopted children of our own. Social Welfare Services (SWS) serviced my adoption and unfortunately will not release the name of my biological mother. The only other clues I have is that she was 1. Last name is Lee (my parents honored that by making it my Middle name) 2. In the Seoul area 3. Gave a pink blanket to my biological mother when I was an infant (see profile picture). Thank you for reading!
