We have a letter titled Appointment of the Guardian for the minor orphan accommodated in an orphanage‚ Social Affairs: 1485-65-16 and it is signed May 12‚ 1978. We have a Pre-Flight Child Report dated 9/2/78 for No. K78-859 JUNG JI HAN. The only indication of his origins is a note in the Initial Social History- Korea: C. Child background: 5.
