Korea at a clinic -Biological mother was 21 with a junior high school education and a plant worker. -Biological father was 25 with a senior high school education and a soldier. -Family Origin (per orphanage paperwork, so unsure how accurate) is Hanyang (Seoul) -Placed with Seoul Foster Home -Organization is Holt Children’s Services, Inc in Seoul, S, Korea -Adoption agency used is Welcome House in USA -Adoption date is 2/2/1986 The reason given for adoption is the biological parents were to be married but the fathers family objected to the marriage. The mother did not tell the father of her pregnancy. She was not in the position to bring the baby (me) up due to unfavorable social circumstances.
