Hello I was born in Seoul South Korea and given up for adoption immediately. Born may 16 1989. I have very little information regarding birth parents. The last name on my birth certificate was Cho i believe. I need to find it for verification. I believe my mother was 18-20 years old and a waitress. I’m not sure if my birth father knows I exist there was even less info about him given. I would like to find biological relatives to re connect/learn about my health history. I was adopted to my parents in Pennsylvania USA. I did a 23 and me and received little results.
