I was born in 1973. The police found me a year later and I was brought to the precinct. A month later from being found I was adopted through Holt Adoption Agency. I have a burn on my right foot‚ more of a branding to be honest in the shape of an oval. It is my understanding that some Koreans would mark their children so they could find them once again. I am hoping this to be true in my case. I truly long to meet my family. I feel like I can’t live my life without resolving this first. The scar on my foot has always told me they never wanted to find me again.
