To whom it may concern. I am a Korean-American male. I was born in Seoul, Korea and was adopted by an American family. Not much is known about my history. The foundation that dealt with the adoption no longer exists. All I know is that I was born in Seoul, Korea on April 21st, 1979 and was given the Korean name: JaeWon Lee.
