I am searching for any birth relatives. I believe I was born April 1975 was found at city hall with my older sister Kim Jung Ha and stayed at Kong Sang Won orphanage in Makpo South Korea until February 1976 where I was taken to Holt children’s services in Seoul South Korea. I believe we stayed with a foster family from April 76 to Oct 76 when we were adopted in Washington State USA.
