I can’t recall if my mother gave birth in Aberdeen, South Dakota or in Bismark, North Dakota. I do know that the brother I am looking for was adopted essentially on the day he was born. I know he was named William by my mom but I’m not certain if his name had been changed after adoption or not. This all happened roughly 20 years ago.
