I am helping my husband‚ Cash Livingston‚ search for his biological mother. He was adopted at birth in Rapid City‚ SD by the Livingston family from east Texas. Cash's adoption was coordinated or assisted by a friend of his adoptive family named Vicki Tomlin‚ also from east Texas. We believe Bonnie Dickey has a daughter born 2-3 years prior to Cash's birth in 1994‚ who was not placed for adoption. Cash has always been curious about his biological mother and who she is‚ and would also like to know about family medical history.
