I have a half brother who was born to my birth mother, Anita Gail Goodwin on December 8th, 1968 at 10:25 pm at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. The Doctor/s who delivered him are listed as "Peters - Loos" I believe this man is 51 years old now (in 2020). I’m not sure if he was told ever that he was adopted. I do have one picture of him from the day he was born.
