I was born in the late ’60’s on Jan. 8. Birth certificate says I was born in Raleigh‚ North Carolina. I was born at home..not in a hospital. My birth name- Celisa. My biological mother’s name- Shirley Ward. I was adopted by my aunt and uncle in March of 1968. I have lived in South Carolina‚ since that time. My adoptive parents are now deceased. I have a relationship with my natural mother but I am looking for my biological father and his family. I do not know his name for sure or much of anything about him. I hope someone can help. Please email me with info. I want this info for personal and for medical reasons. I hope that I can find the other half of my family.
