Hi my name is Carolyn Hood Welch I am looking for my son. William is his first name I don’t know his last name he was born on March 12th 1997 at Trident Hospital in North Charleston SC. I went through an adoption agency called a loving choice. They are no longer in service his adopted parents name is Jeff and Diane I don’t know their last name. My sister gave William his first haircut at fantastic Sam. And when William turned six months old we all met up at the adoption agency just so I could see for myself how my son was doing ,he was very happy and well taken care of. I knew in my heart that I did make the right decision.
