I’am looking for my birth mother,I was born on June 18, 1978 in Orangeburg,SC. I was adopted by Evelyn R. (Quattelbum) Williams around the age of 24th months and now resides in Columbia, SC. Around the time of my birth my birth mother had 3 sister ages (21,19,2).Birth grand-mom (31 and was a x-ray tech in hosp),grand-dad (38 worked in a factory). According to records my birth mom was 16 and wanted to finish high school and pursue college.
