Ashley was born in Marion County Medical Center February of 2005. She was adopted when she was about 11 months old. I'm her Uncle Jeremey Cook who wanted to adopt her but was told by the DSS that I couldn't because of my disability. I'd love to reunite with her and so would her grandparents
