My brother and I are in search of our biological grandparents on our mother’s side‚ or anybody else from her biological family. We are not sure if they are alive or not. My mother who became Debra Ann Watkins when she was adopted as a baby was born in Columbia‚ SC ar the Baptist Hospital. She was originally suppose to be adopted by my Aunt and Uncle and my aunt got pregnant with her oldest son and decided to cancel the adoption. Then my grandparents John and Annie Watkins adopted her because my granny felt sad about the situation and she was already past her child barring years and could not give my grandaddy children of their own. That is about all we know. My mom was born on July 20‚ 1958. I am not sure if this will be helpful at all but it is worth a shot.
