My mother‚ Gina Felice Blue (her adopted name) was born on September 16‚ 1961 in Beaufort County South Carolina. Before being adopted by Douglas and Betty Blue‚ she was known as “Baby Sarah”. Douglas Blue was a marine at the time. If I’m not mistaken‚ I think the adoption was finalized sometime in 1963. I do not know which hospital (if any) she was born at. Growing up I was always told that she was found destitute in front of a church but I am unsure if that is true or not. ANY help or leads is greatly appreciated!
