boy born in charleston south carolina usa on july 10th 1968 and adopted by a couple that is from augusta georgia was a military family that adopted and were foster parents to other children and previously adopted a girl few years prior. the hospital called the child placed for adoption was nicknamed or referred to by baby boy scott i assume that would be the last name of one if not both biological parents i am this adopted boys daughter and i want to connect with anyone that is related to my father. any information that could help is good . thankyou
