Born at North Charleston Navel Hospital, SC Birth Mother’s last name, Smithfield Adopitive parents name, Mary Louise Hiott & Ernie Levoy Hiott. Their names are on birth Certificate. Private adoption arranged by church pastor. His last name was Smith. The picked me up at hospital two or three days after birth. Adoption was arranged when birth Mother was about 6 months pregnant. No personal communication between birth Mother and adoptive parents. All communication was thru pastor. Law firm in Charleston handled it but cannot find them now.
