I am trying to help my boyfriend find his birth father. He was born in Charleston, SC. His birth mother’s name is Rhonda White. His father’s last name was Fulk or Fulkes. He was stationed in Charleston in the Mid 80s. He lived in North Village Apartments for a little while.
