My name is Judy Ann Wilson (adopted last name) My birth mothers maiden name was Cleo Madelyn Willis and was told she was 18yrs. old when I was born. I was born in Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, N.C. December 19, 1949. Both my adopted parents are deceased, my mom having passed this last September at 98. I would like my birth mother to know I am thankful for the blessings of being adopted into a family that truly loved and accepted me as their own and raised me in a Christian home that taught me to love and honor God. I do not have any ill feelings or anger towards her at all, even though I am just now looking for her it is because my mom was very insecure about me being adopted and that she might loose me because of a delay in finalizing the papers, so I decided I would not search for her while my mom was still living. Unfortunately I realize it’s a real possibility that my birth mother may not still be alive because she would be about 86 now depending on her birthday.. I have no information about my birth father at all and have always questioned my heritage and where I came from and I want both of my birth parents to know that I love them both because they gave me life instead of having me aborted. I would be honored to meet you both if either one is interested although if not that’s ok too! Although I have had great sorrow over losing the love of my life for 45yrs and our firstborn daughter, I still have a son and a younger daughter plus 8 grandkids and 3 great grandkids and am truly blessed and thankful for all God has given me. The only thing I’m asking from either of you is information unless you want more. I am open but I would not want to intrude upon your lives now unless it is something that you want too. So I thank you for reading this and I pray you both are still alive and in good health and you will contact me. I just recently read in the letter from attorney that my mother was living in California somewhere after I was born and ironically I moved to Southern California at 17 and met my husband there where we lived before moving to Las Vegas in 2003, although right now I am still at my home in Inman, SC where I grew up. I came home to take care of my mom last June before she went to be with her Lord. My married name is Judy Ann Hogue now and hopefully I will hear from someone, God bless you whatever you decide and know that I have prayed for you over the years and have wondered who I’m like!
